If you are coming in for a dry cut service. Please come to your appointment with freshly washed hair, (within 1-4 days) tangle-free, and dry hair. It’s super important that you follow the prep instructions to get the most accurate cut.
If you don’t follow the instructions, you’ll have to reschedule your appointment and lose your deposit.
I want to see your hair in its natural form, as curly as possible. No hats, clips, headbands, ponytails, buns, twists, braids, or anything that changes your curl pattern. You can style your hair in a wash-and-go using water-based products.
Avoid using oils or anything that feels greasy to the touch. For the best results, at least 3 months prior to your appointment, please avoid blow drying, straightening, and silicone-based products.
Your hair will be washed, styled and diffused after your haircut.
If you are coming in for a braid take down service or a wash and go service these rules don’t apply.
Phone Usage
If you need to make a phone or zoom call please step outside or use headphones. Please don't use the speaker inside.
Deposit
A deposit is required for all services.
Haircut deposit $75.00
Hair color deposit $75.00
Braids deposit $150.00 Non-refundable
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so within 48 hours to receive your deposit back. Deposits for braids are non refundable due to hair needing to be purchased.
Overtime hours
Any hours outside of normal work hours will be offered at an overtime fee 2x the service rate.
